Balance and Life is a resource created for parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers. Our content focuses on children from birth to age 2, but our website is intended for adult use only and is not directed at children. In line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. Our contact form and comment sections are designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers.
