Welcome to Balance and Life

Your Trusted Resource for Baby Care, Child Health, and Confident Parenting
Raising a child is one of the most meaningful experiences in life. It is also one of the most demanding. Between sleepless nights, feeding schedules, developmental milestones, and the weight of wanting to do everything right, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.
Balance and Life was created to be the resource you can trust when you need clear, reliable, and practical guidance for your baby’s health and your family’s well-being.

Every article on this blog is written with one goal: to give you accurate, straightforward information based on pediatric guidelines and trusted health institutions, so you can make confident decisions for your child.
You will not find generic advice here. You will find content that is specific, honest, and grounded in real child care knowledge.

About the Authors
Balance and Life was founded by Kelly Bezerra, a Childcare Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in infant and child care, and Peter Quaglierini, a dedicated researcher and child development advocate.
Together, they are also the authors of How to Care for Children: From Birth to Age 2, a practical guide available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, written to support parents and caregivers through every stage of early childhood.
This blog is the natural extension of that work: a living, growing resource updated regularly with the information families need most.
